Against the continuous upgrading of modern road transport systems, the three-axle fence semi-trailer has become core equipment in cross-regional bulk logistics, widely used for agricultural products, light industrial raw materials, bulk LTL cargo and mechanical components, thanks to its structural flexibility, environmental adaptability and efficient loading capacity. As a typical N3 or O4 category vehicle, its design focuses on three core balances: tare weight vs payload, ventilation vs protective sealing, and multi-scenario adaptability vs driving stability. This paper analyzes its core structural and technical characteristics. The chassis longitudinal beams adopt high-strength low-alloy steels (Q345B, Q460, T700), variable cross-section design and pre-stressing technology, enhancing load capacity and reducing tare weight. The modular fence superstructure uses reinforced locking mechanisms and lightweight materials (aluminum alloys), with removable pillars for versatility.
